1. Choose Your Package: Select the package that best suits your needs, whether you require occasional sessions or continuous content creation.
2. Contract Agreement: Each package operates under a 3-month contract to ensure clarity on services, expectations, and deliverables. We’ll finalize the agreement before the package begins.
3. Schedule Your Sessions: Based on your package, book your photography and videography sessions. Higher-tier packages receive priority scheduling.
4. Preproduction Consultation: Based on your package, before each session, we’ll have a consultation to discuss creative direction, locations, and any special requests.
5. Shoot Day: I’ll arrive at the scheduled location(s) 30 mins prior to set up and capture your visuals, ensuring the session is tailored to meet your goals.
6. Editing & Delivery: After the shoot, I’ll professionally edit your photos and videos, with delivery within 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity and package.

You have the freedom to switch your paid hours within your package as you need. Any unused hours can be rolled over to the next session, giving you more flexibility in managing your time. However, all sessions must be completed before the contract ends, and rolled-over hours cannot be used to extend the contract duration.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your session with at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

The first payment is required upon signing the contract. After that, payments are made monthly according to the terms of the agreement.

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

All payments are non-refundable. If you choose to terminate the contract before the agreed 3-month period, a 50% early termination fee will be applied to the remaining balance. This fee compensates for the commitment and reserved availability.
